All Time Plastics Shares Surge 14% in Market Debut
All Time Plastics Ltd made a strong market debut, with shares jumping over 14% on both the BSE and NSE. The stock opened at ₹314.30 on the BSE, a 14.29% premium to its issue price of ₹275, and later climbed to ₹322.15. At the NSE, it listed at ₹311.30, up 13.2%.
The ₹401 crore IPO was oversubscribed 8.34 times, reflecting robust investor demand. The offering included a fresh issuance of ₹280 crore and an offer for sale of 43.8 lakh shares by promoters. Proceeds will fund machinery acquisition, debt repayment, and expansion efforts.
With 14 years in plastic consumerware manufacturing, All Time Plastics exports to the EU, UK, and US while supplying Indian retailers through modern trade and distribution channels. The company's market valuation now stands at ₹1,976.37 crore.
